SERVICES:

• Open for all fandoms and items (kpop and non-kpop)
• Receiving and safe storage of client's parcels
• Sanitizing client's parcel
• Filmed unboxing of client's parcels (upon request)
• Repacking of client's items (upon request)
• Immediate update once the parcel/s has/have been received by us

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The information sent by both the shop and the client must be strictly kept confidential.
• Do not share our information unless it is with the seller you are buying your item/s from, but please do let them know that we are only your mm consol.
• All fees from the seller of the item/s must be paid for entirely by the client.
• Payment of all the fees for the consol service must be made a day before the ship out of your parcel.
• Strictly no COD. COD items will be sent back to the seller.
• Please inform us of the shipping details (courier and tracking number) and what kind of item/s is/are in the parcel at least 2 days before it is expected to arrive.
• For repacking services, we will be reusing as much as possible the packing materials that came with the item. In occurrence of needing more packing materials or upon request of the client, they will be informed and asked to pay a packing fee.
• Damage done by the courier during the delivery will not be held against the shop.
• The shipping fee rate from us to the client will depend on the courier and the weight of the package
• NO RUSH SHIPPING. Please give us at least 2 days to ship your parcel if you did not avail of the repacking service and at least 5-7 days for those who availed of the repacking services especially if there is a shortage of packing supplies.
• Counting of days for the storing service will start once the first parcel arrives at the mm address.

*All items are repacked using the packing materials used by the seller. In case of extra packaging materials being needed or upon the client requesting additional specific materials, they are obligated to pay for the extra packing materials fee indicated above.
